Ring Mesh Joining Machines are used to insert a single, welded ring, into a metal mesh pattern, or to replace missing rings in existing chainmail products. The operator positions the rings that need to be linked together, and activates a ring forming and welding cycle with the knee. Each ring is consistently welded, and the speed is only limited by the ability of the operator. Much like a sewing machine joins or repairs fabric, a Ring Mesh Joining Machine is used to make products out of sheets of RingMesh. A Joining Station measures 3' x 3' x 4', and the operator works in a seated position. Due to its size and operability, this station is the most the efficient way to repair mesh gloves and other safety equipment on the market.
